Q: How do you protect my cards during shipping?:
A:We take protection seriously. Every card is shipped in a brand-new penny sleeve and a top-loader (or semi-rigid holder). We seal the top-loader with a pull-tab or weak-adhesive label. For higher-value items, we sandwich the cards between cardboard to prevent bending and ship in a bubble mailer with tracking (BMWT).
Q: Do you offer combined shipping?:
A: Yes! Add all items to your cart, and shipping will automatically calculate. If you’ve already placed multiple orders, message us immediately, and we will combine them and refund any shipping overages.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently do not ship worldwide. We are working hard to get this option up and running for international customers. Please note that customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility will be up to the buyer.

Q: What is the condition of this "raw" card?
A: We use the industry-standard TCGPlayer Conditions to label our highest quality raw cards. Please inspect our high-resolution scans for the best representation of the card.
Q: Can you guarantee this card will get a PSA 10 / BGS 10?
A: While we list cards we believe are high-quality, we are not professional graders. We cannot guarantee a specific grade from third-party services. We are happy to provide additional photos or videos upon request so you can make your own assessment.

A: At this time, we only accept cash sales to keep our inventory rotating until we work on a solution for online trading.

A: Yes! We are always looking for new inventory. If you have a collection of One Piece/Pokémon you’re looking to sell, send us a list and some clear, timestamped photos/videos. We pay competitive rates for high-end singles and slabs.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 7-day return policy if the item arrives damaged or does not match the description. Because the card market is volatile, we cannot accept returns based on "buyer's remorse" or price fluctuations in the market.
Q: What if my card arrives damaged?
A: Please take videos of unpackaging and photos of the card in the sealed top loader immediately and contact us. We insure all high-value shipments and will work with you to file a claim and get you a full refund.
